Job Responsibilities

1. Employee Welfare Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee welfare matters, providing support and solutions.
  • Design and implement welfare programs focusing on health, stress management, and personal growth.
  • Conduct regular employee check-ins and gather feedback to address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards through inspections and interventions.
  • Organize wellness activities, counseling services, and team-building events to foster morale.

2. HR Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise management on updates to labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary matters fairly, ensuring ethical compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

3. Recruitment and Onboarding Support

  • Assist in recruitment by conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including orientation sessions and familiarization with company policies.

4. Training and Development

  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Employee Engagement and Communication

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement measures.
  • Facilitate transparent communication between employees and management.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of welfare activities and HR compliance.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, welfare initiatives, and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  •  Graduation in any discipline.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or employee welfare, preferably in manufacturing or corporate settings.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
